At Spring Meadows, we’re confident that your stay will be everything you expect
it to be. In fact, we guarantee it. For starters, we offer a First Week Unconditional
Guarantee. If, after the first week, you find your stay at Spring Meadows to be
unsatisfactory, you’re free to transfer to another facility. And you won’t be charged
for your first week’s stay.* Our Long-Term Satisfaction Guarantee pledges that you
will not be billed for any services that do not meet your expectations. Any charges
for services found to be mutually unacceptable will be credited to your account.
* Resident must transfer during the second week. Zero charges will apply to your
first week only.
